About Me:

My name is Joshua Falco, and I am an aspiring marketing professional. Originally from the Chicagoland area, I moved to central Illinois to receive an education from Bradley University in Peoria IL, where I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience for marketing. I have an admiration for trying new things (especially restaurants) and hope to one day be able to travel the world, and would like to use this platform to share with others the experiences I have had over the years at school.

Growing up in the Chicagoland area, while I have had my exposure to many local businesses, the central focus of restaurant culture is based on chains and franchises. When coming to Central Illinois, and specifically the Peoria area, I realized that is not the case here, which is why I started this blog. It would be amazing for more people to have this same experience and begin a journey just like the one I am embarking on.
